How It Works

For the upper eyelids, excess skin and fat are removed through incisions hidden in the natural eyelid crease. For the lower eyelids, incisions are made just below the lash line or inside the eyelid to remove or reposition fat and tighten skin. The procedure typically takes 1 to 2 hours under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia.
